WNS series is a classical shell type steam boiler, with classical design: firetube+ wetback+ 3pass. Its average thermal efficiency >95%, design working life span more than 15 years. Equipped with well-known auxiliary parts, such as BALTUR/RIELLO- Burner, DANFOSS- Pressure Controler, SIEMENS- PLC operation system, LEO- Multistage Pump, etc. to ensure the boiler's steady performance. The entire system warranty period: 2 Years.
It is full-automatic oil(gas) fired packaged steam boiler; adopting horizontal internal micro positive pressure combustion, full wetback design, high efficiency spirally corrugated tubes, fuel economizer and reasonable insulation package; the thermal efficiency can reach more than 90%. Its novel design, rational structural and nice performance achieved perfect quality and nice performance.
When industrial steam boiler goes out of the factory, it is composed of three parts: the main boiler, the chimney and the pipeline system. The main body and the chimney have been manufactured in the factory, and the supporting pipeline valves and instruments of the main boiler have been installed randomly, and then transported to the site to assemble the main body and the chimney.On the spot connect the air source, power supply and water pipeline to start the test.Greatly shorten the installation cycle, and can guarantee the quality of boiler.

Boiler Executive Standard
1. Design, manufacture, assembly, experiment and acceptance of boilers in strict accordance with national and industrial standards, including but not limited to the following standards: GB/T16508 Boiler Shell Boiler, TSG G0001 Boiler Safety Design Supervision Code, GB50273 Boiler Installation Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code
2. The main steel used in the boiler is 20 GB/T3087, which ensures the safety and reliability of the boiler.
3. Welding materials shall be selected according to NB/T47018. Full penetration welding with argon protection shall be performed on the boiler tube.
